Je wordt ingedeeld op een baan met spelers van een vergelijkbaar niveau. Je speelt dan drie korte wedstrijden (met elke speler vorm je één keer een koppel).
De best presterende speler gaat een baan omhoog. De minst presterende speler een baan omlaag. Vervolgens herhaal je weer de vorm met drie korte wedstrijden.
Tot slot wordt er nog één keer gewisseld en speelt iedereen nog één set met een vaste koppelpartner.
