FAQ

What are credits on Padel2day?

Credits are digital units that allow you to pay for and participate in padel events via the Padel2day app and website.

What is the difference between Universal Credits (UC) and Company Credits (CC)?

Universal Credits (UC): These are credits you buy yourself. You can use them for any Padel2day event in countries that support your chosen currency.

Company Credits (CC): These are credits granted to you directly by a specific Padel Club or Partner. You can only use them for events organized by that specific club or partner.

Are there any extra fees when I buy credits?

When you top up your Universal Credits (UC) wallet, a small service fee is charged to cover payment provider costs.

However, when you use the credits already in your wallet to register for an event, there are no extra service fees.

When do my credits expire?

Newly purchased Universal Credits (UC) and newly issued Company Credits (CC) expire after two years.

Note: Older Club Credits (issued before September 2026) expire if you haven't used them for more than one year.

Can I transfer my credits to a friend or exchange them for cash?

No, all credits are strictly personal and non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Which credits are used first when I register for an event?

The system automatically prioritizes your credits. If available, your Company Credits (CC) will be deducted first. If you don't have enough, your Universal Credits (UC) will be used.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?

Yes, if you are on time: If you cancel before the free cancellation period of the event expires, your credits will be fully refunded to your balance.

No, if you are late: If you cancel after the deadline or do not show up (no-show), you will not get your credits back.

What happens to my credits if the event is cancelled?

Your credits will be automatically returned to your balance if:

  • The organizer cancels the event.
  • There are not enough participants.
  • You are still on the waiting list when registration closes.
Can I still buy Club Credits online?

No, the online sale of Club Credits has been discontinued. They are now only issued manually by the clubs or partners themselves and are called Company Credits.

How is it possible I have a negative Company Credit (CC) balance?

A negative balance can happen if a Padel Club or Partner manually registers you for an event. The system allows the organizer to deduct the cost directly from your Company Credits, which can cause your balance to drop below zero.

Note: Organizers can only do this with Company Credits (CC), they have never access to your Universal Credits (UC).

What should I do if my Company Credit (CC) balance is negative?

There are two easy ways to fix a negative balance:

  • Use your Universal Credits: You can automatically clear the negative CC balance yourself by using the Universal Credits (UC) you have in your account.
  • Pay the organizer directly: Often clubs ask you to settle the negative amount directly with the club (for example, by paying cash at the front desk). The organizer will then manually update your balance back to zero.
